EARLY YEARS
Gynesis
Losa Buissereth-Nazere is a well-known industry traveling license master
cosmetologist and educator. First generation American born of Haitian decent,
Gynesis was birthed in Miami, Florida on July 9, 1976. Creole would be Gynesis
primary tongue within her household as her parents raised her in an
Americanized society. Education was paramount. Due to the complexity of the
language barrier, since the age of 7, Gynesis found a supportive way to give
back to her household. Gynesis endeavored to help her mother and father understand
the world around them. Thus began a deeper inspiration to learn and help others
with guidance. From a humble beginning, Gynesis vision would expand giving her
a unique eye for beauty and wellness that would manifest through future efforts
in the hair industry.
EDUCATION
In
the mist of completing high school and then her Bachelors in Arts degree in
Criminal Justices, Gynesis sought more. Even working for the Department of
Homeland Security for Immigration Services was not enough. Gynesis fantasized
being self-employed. Despite the loss of an older sister to Ovarian Cancer,
Gynesis persevered in her schooling. With a GPA of 3.70, Gynesis honored her sister’s
memory by completing her Masters in Business Administration with a
concentration in Global Technology in December 2001.
A NEW LIFE
Gynesis
moved to Atlanta Ga on June of 2006. Immediately, Gynesis decided to obtain her
license as a Master Cosmetologist and she also received her Educator's license
for the state of Georgia. Gynesis extensive background in the field has since
proven academic. In a changing world, Gynesis continues to research and
practice daily to update her techniques. Making sure her clients look perfect
and following her strict growth regime, design and structure specifically
patented by Gynesis.
STYLE
A
master stylist who establishes new boundaries with ever changing trends,
Gynesis brings a blazing flair to the hair care industry. Within a bevy of
clientele, her finesse has tapped and transformed the natural hair care
industry as well. Examples of this revelation include her futuristic “ GBraids ”.
A design that redefines the essence of quality braiding. Gynesis has also
incorporated cornrows and individual braiding technique to showcase an illusion
look of extensions. Gynesis additionally introduces a protective style that has
clients admiring an epic versatility look as well as the growth outcome.
Finally, Gynesis is also known for her crochet, lace weaving and extensions for
women who suffer from hair loss.
BUILDING BRIDGES
Gynesis
has established great relationships. Distinguished clients travel near and far.
Whether in Atlanta, Georgia or out of state, just for her hair services and
education. However, when the opportunity presents itself, Gynesis also provides
innovative ways to break out, services and educate her clients. This is
achieved by such efforts as traveling abroad tending to their needs and also by
launching spontaneous pop up salons around the country. Moving forward, Gynesis
gathers elite stylists to be a part of her Gteam. Gynesis broadcasts her
movement through her marketing partner Narcisse Aspilarie of Enternect.com to
much huge success.
A STAR IS BORN
June
2012 Gynesis along with her sister Beautii J had the highest rating on A&E
Monster in Laws episode 7 “Beautii is a Beast” with their personal testimonials
story that viewers can relate to. May 2015 would give way to Gynesis debut as a
co-star of WE TV's new hit reality show “Cutting it in the Atl”. On theshow,
Gynesis is not only a stylist and a manager for Spoiled Opulence Salon but she
assists, her sister and cast mate, in progressing the storyline and exceeding
stardom. Gynesis also manages her own team of stylist under her own brand that
provides protective hair care services under Hair by Gynesis known as the
Gteam. Her methodology within her
business practice positions her as a role model in ways not only beneficial for
herself but for talented artists in all industry, hair stylists, clothing designers
and more. Gynesis aims to be a pillar providing business practice knowledge
that helps any career to move to the next level.
THE HUMANITARIAN
Gynesis
is a humanitarian. Motivated by tender loving and caring, every three months,
Gynesis sends clothing, food, supplies and more back to her native country Haiti.
Gynesis focuses on donating her time and services at local shelters, foster
care and more. Additionally, Gynesis is a patron participant of Cancer, Lupus
and AIDS walks nationally. Each year, Gynesis sets aside scholarship funding yearly
towards Imperial Beauties of the World Pageant to assist with books, supplies
and tuitions.
IN CONCLUSION
Gynesis
is working on an undisclosed television project with a well-known network.
Currently she is also writing a book about her life shifting into the hair game.
Gynesis is also launching several training seminars nationwide. Gynesis future
goal is to have her own cosmetology school starting in the state of Georgia and
then Florida. “I see the market turning
where people are starting to care for their own hair and are avoiding
chemicals... Which is a win!
